I have already answered a questionaire. The room was designed by a man-no table with light & mirror for a lady to do mak-up etc. Bathroom desiged by a man-no shaver socket. Room designed by someone who has never lived out of a suitcase-no suitcase stand leaving only table, chair or floor and bad back.

We liked the balcony, it was big. We found nice The Cafe nearby with hot beverages. Located 10 minutes walk from horsham museum and art gallery, it was convenient for us. Would recommend this property to family and friends.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the railway station, making it easy to explore the town and surrounding areas. Additionally, it is within walking distance of the town centre, providing ample dining and shopping options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable, with a fair sized bathroom and basic amenities in place. The Premier Inn breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of offerings to choose from.
All was well and met our expectations.

The staff were friendly & efficient, the hotel is well situated next to the station & park,a short walk from the shopping centre & amenities
The room was east-facing & overlooked a road taking early-morning traffic.A more efficient blackout curtain would have muffled traffic noise & reduced sunlight that made sleep after 6am difficult.

The hotel's location is convenient for those arriving by train - with the railway station right opposite the hotel. Despite being next to a busy railway station, the noise level was not disturbing. the staff were described as helpful and efficient, with both the hotel room and bathroom being clean and comfortable. the breakfast was also praised for its quality and variety.
The hotel's restaurant was criticized by some guests, with one reviewer advising to go elsewhere for dinner.

Very friendly and helpful staff (as usual for Premier Inns!! Well done!!). Breakfast best I have had at a Premier Inn, freshly cooked and served with a smile.Good location, opposite railway station, close to town and good pub (The Black Hat).

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of a charming town, and it was just what I needed. The hotel provided excellent value for money, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Moreover, the attention to detail was impressive, making my experience even more enjoyable.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and could not fault it in any way.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were excellent and did try hard but the refurbishment work was annoying. The resulting fire alarm was not the way to wake up from a late night celebrating a birthday. Standing around in night clothes waiting for someone to confirm it was indeed a false alarm was tedious and could have been handled better.
